History

Ovin 'Loudmouth' Ross was a former CIA spy stationed in Russia to watch over a General who broke a UN law in international waters. He was and still is listed as KIA within the CIA roster when he was captured by Russian militants.

Physical Description

Veteran Loudmouth is a 29 year old 6'1" male. He has a very muscular build, as most Cerberus agents do. He has dark brown hair, forest green eyes and weighs at aprox. 192.4 lbs. Loudmouth lost his tongue whilst captured by the Russians.

Personality

While his personality mostly remains a mystery it is really only known that Loudmouth is a very lawfully neutral person.

Arsenal

Primary Weapons

Veteran Loudmouth is armed with a heavily modified KRISS K10 with an integrally silenced barrel. It is heavily compactable and fits in a holster barely larger than that of his Five-SeveN's. It fires a modified FMJ .45 round made by a small manufacturer, "Morris Co." It has articulate engravings that seem to serve no purpose on it's brushed blue tiger camoflauge but for aesthetics.

Secondary Weapons

Veteran Loudmouth is armed with a FN Five-SeveN firing match-grade rounds. It shares identical engravings as his primary weapon of choice, scaled down to fit it's body.

Auxiliary Weapons

Veteran Loudmouth is armed with an M9 Bayonet, with intiricate engravings and his signature "M" located on its handle.

Armor

Veteran Loudmouth has a custom set of armor called the F.R.E.S.S. armor (Forward Reconnassaince Enhanced Stealth System, pronounced "Freeze"). It has a special cloaking ability which, when in use, requires him to roll for all of his movements.
