Ovin 'Loudmouth' Ross was a former FBI spy illegally stationed in Russia and is listed as KIA within the FBI roster when he was captured by Russian militants.
Physical Description
Patriot Loudmouth is a 29 year old 6'1" male. He has a very muscular build, as most Cerberus agents do. He has dark brown hair, forest green eyes and weighs at aprox. 192.4 lbs. He wears a custom set of armor supposedly crafted by himself, though it seems unlikely due to his bio and the technology within the suit itself. Although he's relatively talkative, Loudmouth lost his tongue whilst captured by the Russians.
Personality
While his personality mostly remains a mystery it is really only known that Loudmouth is very talkative and open about his family and history when asked. Though there's not much to talk about when he is asked.

Primary Weapons
Patriot Loudmouth is only armed with the standard issue Cerberus Contracting MK-11 rifle. He has since engraved somehow family-related etchings into its side, the most noticeable is an intricate letter "M" on its side.
Secondary Weapons
Patriot Loudmouth is armed with a FN Five-SeveN firing match-grade rounds. It shares identical engravings as his primary weapon of choice, scaled down to fit it's body.
Auxiliary Weapons
Partiot Loudmouth is armed with a standard issue combat knife, with no engravings but his signature "M" located on its handle.
Armor
Partiot Loudmouth has a custom set of armor, supposedly made by himself. It has a special cloaking ability which, when in use, requires him to roll for all of his movements.
