"Fear is a powerful emotion. Afraid you'll mess up something? You make mistakes. Afraid you'll lose a race? You crash. Afraid of dying? Well, that's interesting cause either you give up or fight even harder.

-Chatter speaking with unidentified indivudual prior to enlistment.

Chattershot is an engineer/mechanic in Cerberus Contracting.

Having grown up on adrenaline and gasoline, Chatter was born to own the streets and beat those who thought they could. Chatter grew up with his parents up until the age of 15, where they were both killed in a car accident. After his parents' death, he lived the life of a delinquent up until he bought his first car, an old '79 Mustang Foxbody. From there, he roamed the US, racing other drivers on the street, getting faster rides until he became the most wanted street racer, under the alias of "Ghost". Having achieved such a "prestigious" title, he decided to hang up his helmet and retire. Eventually, after some more drifting around the country, he joined the Army and eventually got recruited into Cerberus Contracting.

Currently, Chatter has brought three of his personal vehicles with him into the Cerberus life: a '70 Mustang 302 Boss, a '90 VW Golf GTI, and an '01 BMW M3 GTR. While the M3 is still stock in the military sense, the Mustang and Golf have both been modified to be used in the field against enemy combatants.
